Quin Kline

Before starting her own business with Adam, Quin has worked in federal and state politics and has served in executive leadership roles in fields as varied as non-profit economic development firms and large multi-state health insurance companies.

In her 15 years across a variety of corporate leadership roles, Quin has managed business development opportunities, strategic growth, and investor relations for companies with annual revenues ranging from $2Million to $16Billion. 

Her diverse background includes management of startup and emerging company fund raising schedules, large government procurements, new product and sector launches, strategic partnership engagement and government affairs.

A few specific projects Quin led were:

. Scaling a $2 million health care project and bringing it to marketplace

. Leading a managed care insurance provider’s successful entry into multiple new states

.Leading membership, community development, and fundraising for a large multi-county economic development firm

When Quin isn’t working, she and her husband can typically be found (and overheard) at one of her children’s sporting events.

Adam Murka

Before starting Q&A with Quin, Adam worked for 11 years at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio, serving as Vice President for External Affairs and Chief of Staff to the President. Prior to his time at Sinclair, Adam served as a district director, campaign manager and communications director for Congressman Mike Turner.

Adam has deep awareness of: government relations, revenue development and fundraising, issue advocacy, personal and executive development, crisis communication, and project management.

Among a few specific projects Adam led or contributed to in the past were:

. Successfully lobbying the General Assembly and Executive Branch for Ohio to allow Bachelor’s Degrees in Nursing at the Community College level

. Serving as a senior leader for three local ley campaigns with a cumulative financial value of over $300 million and managing multiple successful Congressional and local campaigns

. Drafting tens of millions of dollars in successful capital and fundraising projects

. Helping create programs directly connecting state funding with students pursuing open jobs

. Resourcing an innovative prison education program that grew from 80 students to over 4,000 in a few short years while posting record numbers in student success

When he isn’t working, Adam is hanging out with his family and normally thinking about the Cincinnati Bengals, food, or eating and thinking about the Bengals.
